How Docebo exported innovation and conquered the United States
Many startups and companies dream of expanding globally, but what does it really take to conquer the US market and reach a Wall Street listing?
To launch the third season of Interconnection, we invite you on a concrete journey into the heart of corporate growth. Moving beyond theory, this session explores how to scale an organization from a local reality into an international powerhouse.
Through the case study of Docebo, we will explore the fundamental importance of operations, processes, and governance. Discover how to tackle the challenge of US expansion by analyzing strategic choices, successes, behind-the-scenes insights, mistakes, and first-hand anecdotes of hyper-growth—from early funding rounds all the way to ringing the NASDAQ bell.
An unmissable event for founders, managers, students, and professionals who want to understand how to turn innovation into an operational model built to scale worldwide.
Speaker: Alessio Frigeri
COO @ TeiaCare | ex SVP of Global Operations @ Docebo | Co-Founder & Advisor @ ELLI
Starting his career in the automotive sector, where he developed a strong background in quality, efficiency, and process optimization (even patenting manufacturing solutions), Alessio has dedicated his career to the intersection of technology, operations, and business.
Joining Docebo in 2009 when it was a small startup of just 6 people, he led the evolution of Global Operations for nearly 14 years, guiding the company through its dual listing on the TSX and NASDAQ exchanges and past the $100M ARR milestone.
Today, he applies his experience across the innovation ecosystem as COO of TeiaCare—an Italian Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision scale-up focused on elderly care, where he oversaw European expansion and a €7M funding round with P101—and as Co-Founder and Advisor at ELLI Design.
