Interconnection changes format: a round table
Interconnection is the series of evenings through which INT News brings the leading figures of innovation to Brianza. This time, however, the format is changing.
Instead of a single talk, there will be a round table. The three speakers will share their experience in a moderated conversation. Afterwards, there is time for audience questions and networking.
Why talk about female entrepreneurship
Female entrepreneurship is at the heart of the evening. The idea is to talk about it naturally, just as you would about any business: ideas, choices, risks and results.
In fact, the message is clear. Starting a business is a real option for anyone with a project they believe in. And the best way to prove it is through real stories.
Meet the speakers
Three entrepreneurs take the stage. They represent three different generations and three distinct stages in the life of a business.
- Luigina Ferraro, E-PATHOS. Entrepreneur and Customer Experience Strategist. She works on customer and employee experience, digital transformation and data-driven strategies.
- Elena Setaro, Dermaself. CEO and founder of Dermaself, she was named on the Forbes Under 30 list.
- Carolina Pieramati, WeSisters. Business developer with an international background spanning the United Kingdom and Italy. She is passionate about no-code development.
Each of them will explain how she turned an idea into a concrete project. She will also share what tested her and what pushed her to keep going.
🗣️ Moderators:
- Alessandro De Grandi — Founder, Nemixar
- Alessandro Calastri — Managing Director, ACC GROUP

Female entrepreneurship: who the event is for
The evening is open to everyone. You don’t need to run a business already to take part.
It is designed above all for three kinds of audience:
- people who are thinking about starting a business;
- people who have just started one;
- people who are growing one.
The event also aims to spark new connections between the Interconnection community, professionals and local companies.
