With the Regional Board Resolution n. 2829 of 22 July 2024, the Lombardy Region has approved the criteria for the measure “Investments – Line Micro-enterprises” of the PR ERDF Lombardia 2021-2027.
This measure is aimed at micro-enterprises in Lombardy that want to support their development and increase competitiveness, encouraging investments in technological innovation for plants and equipment, also to reduce the environmental impact and energy consumption.
Recipients of the Call
Micro-enterprises that, at the time of application, meet the following requirements may participate:
- Are classified as micro-enterprises, according to Annex 1 of EU Regulation n. 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 and s.m.i.
- They are already incorporated, registered and active in the Register of Companies with at least two financial statements filed (or two tax declarations for companies not required to file the financial statements).
- Operating in Lombardy for at least 12 months with a registered or operational office active in the region, where innovation interventions will be carried out.
Eligible Interventions
The assistance is available for technological innovation of plants and equipment, with a minimum investment of € 10,000.00, aimed at energy efficiency and can be carried out exclusively at the site indicated in the application. Financial Envelope
The total budget for the call is € 25 million.
Characteristics of the Facility
The minimum eligible investment is € 10,000.00. The facility consists of a grant of up to 50% of eligible expenditure, with a maximum contribution of € 50,000.00. It is possible to combine several sources of financing, subject to the provisions on cumulation of aid, up to the total coverage of the single cost.
